Trevor Sykes is Vice President of Managed Services at OnX, leading the Canadian Managed Services business across the full portfolio of service towers: End User Compute, Modern Workplace, Security, Audit and Compliance, Infrastructure, Network, and Cloud, all integrated with AI Ops. He is responsible for operational excellence, client success, and continuous improvement, ensuring organizations receive reliable, scalable services that advance their business objectives.
With deep experience across IT operations, service delivery, and organizational transformation, Trevor brings a rare blend of technical, commercial, and leadership expertise. He has built and led large-scale services organizations, designed commercial models for complex outsourcing agreements, and helped clients lift operational performance through periods of growth and change. His approach pairs hands-on technical depth with ITIL-aligned service management and a strong focus on accountability, governance, and measurable business outcomes.
Earlier in his career, Trevor held senior executive positions across several technology companies, including roles through successful exits and an IPO.
