Paresh’s leadership is rooted in extensive operational experience. Before moving into sales and go‑to‑market leadership, he led large‑scale service delivery, data center operations, and service assurance teams, consistently improving efficiency, client satisfaction, and business growth. He also served as Vice President of North American Data Centre Operations, giving him a unique end‑to‑end perspective on how technology strategy, service delivery, and business objectives intersect.
Paresh holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University).
