Paresh Mistry is a technology executive with more than two decades of experience helping organizations translate IT operations into measurable business value. As Vice President of Sales Operations at OnX, he leads the operational backbone of the company’s gotomarket engine, driving sales effectiveness, improving forecasting accuracy, strengthening pipeline discipline, and enabling the organization to scale with consistency and precision. His work ensures tight alignment between sales strategy, operational execution, and client outcomes, spanning service delivery leadership, sales operations oversight, and the development of serviceled strategies that enhance client value and accelerate revenue performance.

With deep expertise in managed services, service delivery, and IT operations, Paresh helps organizations modernize through datadriven and AIenabled approaches. His ability to bridge operational excellence with sales rigor allows OnX to deliver serviceled solutions that improve performance, accelerate revenue growth, and enhance the overall client experience.

Paresh’s leadership is rooted in extensive operational experience. Before moving into sales and gotomarket leadership, he led largescale service delivery, data center operations, and service assurance teams, consistently improving efficiency, client satisfaction, and business growth. He also served as Vice President of North American Data Centre Operations, giving him a unique endtoend perspective on how technology strategy, service delivery, and business objectives intersect.

Paresh holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University).
