money orders, currency exchange, electronic bill payments, and money transfers through its network of company-operated stores throughout Canada and the U.S. They serve over two million customers with more than 550 retail
locations and through their robust online and mobile platforms.

Challenge

Providing quality services for millions of daily customers is an obstacle for any industry. For busy alternative financial service firms like Money Mart, other challenges include managing hundreds of retail locations and a suite of online and mobile platforms.
