Paul Khawaja

Paul Khawaja

President, OnX

Paul Khawaja is the President of OnX, leading the company’s growth, strategy, and development in enterprise and public sector infrastructure solutions, managed services, and other digital services such as AI. Under his leadership, OnX is shifting from traditional IT to customer-focused holistic services. Previously, Paul was the EVP and COO of Cloud and Managed Services at OnX.

Beyond his professional role, Paul is dedicated to community service as the Chair of Victim Services Toronto. He supports vulnerable populations and demonstrates his commitment to social responsibility and positive community impact through advocacy.

Additionally, Paul sits on several other boards, including Waterfront Toronto and Illumine, further extending his leadership and devotion in shaping community development and innovation.

Before joining OnX, Paul served as Vice President of Bell Aliant and President of xwave. He also held leadership positions in sales, operations, and business development at MITI Information Technology.

Perry Armstrong

Vice President of Finance, OnX

Perry Armstrong is Vice President of Finance and is responsible for developing the overall financial policies for OnX and providing strategic direction for all financial functions, including accounting, budget, and credit. Perry ensures that proper financial controls are in place and that financial transactions support the overall business strategy while conforming with applicable laws and regulations. He designs and coordinates a wide variety of accounting and statistical data and reports.

Prior to joining OnX, Perry held several executive positions, including Executive Director of Finance at IT Exchange, Vice President and Controller at TNT, and other senior executive finance positions. Perry holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, CMA) designation.

Melisa Djebbari

Vice President, Public Sector Relations, OnX

Melisa Djebbari is the Vice President of Public Sector Relations at OnX. Melisa is a seasoned Business Development executive with a proven history of working in the information technology, communications, and managed services industry. Melisa is a consummate professional focused on driving growth and navigating the complexities of the IT and telecommunication market, including team leadership and public and government relations.

Melisa graduated from the University of Montreal with a Digital Strategy and Communications Management Certificate in Business/Corporate Communications.

Terry Whiffing

Vice President, Services, OnX

Terry Whiffing is OnX’s Vice President of services. He is responsible for delivering IT staffing and consulting and managing the subject matter experts and sales support teams that augment the services business.

Terry has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry and previously held leadership roles at Compaq, Tandem, and Unisys. He holds a bachelor’s degree from McMaster University.

Kamal Kerba

Vice President, Advanced Infrastructure, OnX

Kamal Kerba is Vice President, Advanced Infrastructure for OnX. His responsibilities include developing and maintaining strategic vendor partnerships, primarily focusing on Tier 1 manufacturers. He also manages subject matter expert and sales support teams across Canada and ensures tight alignment with the various regional sales teams.

Kamal previously held leadership roles at NCR Limited and Motorola Inc. and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Marty Blake

Marty Blake is Vice President of Sales, Central Region for OnX. He is responsible for helping clients achieve their business goals by leveraging OnX’s infrastructure, cloud, communications, and consulting practices.

Marty has many years of experience consistently delivering customer satisfaction and growth. Marty previously held leadership positions with xwave and Avnet Technology Solutions.

Wayne Buskas

Wayne Buskas is Vice President of Sales, Western Region for OnX. Wayne’s responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships with vendors and clients, as well as ensuring the OnX team exceeds client expectations in Western Canada.

Wayne has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry and previously held leadership positions with Metafore IT Solutions, SHL Systemhouse, and Digital Equipment Corporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alberta.

Sean Hall

Sean Hall is Vice President of Sales, Eastern Region for OnX. He is responsible for driving profitable growth in sales and EBITDA across all lines of business in the Atlantic Canadian region.

Sean previously held leadership positions at Bell Aliant and Maritime Information Technology. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Brunswick.

Blair Nichols

Blair Nichols is Vice President of Sales, National Capital Region, and Chief Security Officer for OnX. Blair is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining a strong focus on productivity, ensuring high client satisfaction, and delivering profitability.

Blair previously worked as an executive at Oracle, where he was Regional Sales Manager – Federal Government and Eastern Canada. He is a board member of the Canadian Information Technology Providers Association and attended St. Lawrence College.

Brad is an award-winning sales executive with over 20 years of experience in IT sales. Prior to joining OnX, Brad held several sales executive roles with ISM, IBM, and Telus. His expertise and forward-thinking approach have enabled businesses to adapt to changes and thrive in the face of technological advancements.
