- IT Infrastructure Services (ISS) division, which designs, builds and integrates enterprise-class computer systems using third-party hardware and software;
- Web Solutions and Services (WSS) division, which provides content management solutions, and web portal development;
- Managed Services, which provides outsourcing services
History
Founded in 1983 by Sheldon Pollack and Phil De Leon as a broker of mid-range systems with seed capital of $10K
- Between 1983 and 1993 revenue for the Company went from $0 to $14 million
- 1996 - Launched Onyx total e-business solutions to clients
- 1997 - Acquired Docu.max Systems of Calgary to augment Content Management expertise
- 1999 - Acquired Global-X-Change Communications Inc. of Ottawa to expand its web development business
- 2000 - Reached $150 million in revenue April
- 2000 - Company launched IPO; trades on the TSX (Symbol: ON)
- 2001- OnX constructed state-of-the-art $5M Data Center & Network Operations Center
- 2001- OnX launches Managed Services Business to augment demand for Hosting, Network, Infrastructure and Web Services business
- 2002 - Company name changed from OnX.com to OnX Enterprise Solutions Inc.
- 2003 - OnX brands ManagedServicesPlus for its strategic Managed Services business
